根据国家留学基金委《英国立博平台》（留金来管【中国博彩平台】10号）要求，现将我校此项工作通知如下：
一、申请要求
对于个别学习态度认真、表现良好、因特殊原因不能按期完成学业且派遣国无法列入奖学金计划的博士研究生，可申请延长奖学金学习期限。审批原则为：
1.提交申请前，学生须通过奖学金年度评审、完成开题报告、通过中期考核（或达到学校规定的培养要求）；
2.奖学金期限最多延长一年。
二、申请流程
1.申请延长奖学金资助期限的博士生，请于4月14日17:00时前，将填写好的《英国立博平台》和《中国博彩平台》发送至邮箱lxsglk_01@163.com，邮件名称应为学号+中文姓名（如无中文姓名，则填写英文姓名），两个表格上必须有本人手写签字。目前在中国境内的学生，也可直接将纸质版材料于规定时间之内提交至国际教育学院103办公室（学生管理科）。
2.学校将如实考核申请人道德品行、学习成绩、学习/科研态度、参加活动情况等综合表现，将符合延期要求的学生上报至国家留学基金委，并及时将批复结果告知申请人。

Notice on Application for Extension of Scholarship Period for Chinese Government Scholarship Doctoral Students in 2021-2022 Academic Year
According to the "Notice on Application for Extension of Scholarship Period for Doctoral Students in 2021-2022 Academic Year" (CSC [2021] No. 10) issued by China Scholarship Council, we hereby notify our university of this work as follows:
I. Application Requirements
For individual doctoral students who are serious in their study, have good performance, can’t complete their studies on schedule due to special reasons, and the sending country can’t be included in the scholarship program, they can apply for the extension of the scholarship period. The principle of approval is as follows:
1. Before submitting the application, students must pass the annual review of the scholarship, complete the proposal report, and pass the mid-term examination (or meet the training requirements stipulated by the university);
2. The scholarship shall be extended for a maximum of one year.
II. Application process
1. Apply for scholarship funding longer doctoral student, please before 17:00 on April 14, will be completed "Form for Annual Review of Chinese Government Scholarship Status (Student Self-Assessment)" and "Application for Extension of Scholarship for Chinese Government Scholarship Students" sent to the email lxsglk_01@163.com, email name shall be the student number + Chinese name (if there is no Chinese name, then fill in the English name), the two forms must have handwritten signature. Students who are currently in China can also directly submit the paper version of the materials to Office 103 (Student Administration Section) of the Institute of International Education within the specified time.
2. The university will truthfully assess the applicant's moral conduct, academic performance, attitude towards study/research, participation in activities and other comprehensive performance, report the students who meet the extension requirements to China Scholarship Council, and inform the applicant of the approval result in a timely manner.
